Finding Your Ideal Infrared Session

Your appointment is a container — not a requirement. Infrared works best when your body feels supported, not pushed.

How to Use Your Session

Your booked time is a window. How you use it can change from session to session. There's no need to stay longer than your body is asking for during your booked time. Sometimes, the most effective session is the one you leave early.

Heat & Time Examples

Everyone's ideal session looks different:

  • 25-35 min | 150-160°F

  • 30-45 min | 160-165°F

  • Up to 60 min with a water break

  • (step out, hydrate, return)

New to infrared? Start shorter and build gradually.

During Your Session

If the heat feels like too much:

  • Lower the temperature

  • Open the door briefly

  • End your session early

Infrared heat continues working after you leave the sauna.

Hydration & Sauna Care

Drink water before and after your session. Electrolytes help replace what you sweat out.

If you lowered the temperature, please return the sauna to 170°F before you leave.

Thank you for helping us care for the space — and each other.
